Shipping Notes and Information
We usually use the United States Postal Service (priority and express mail) for shipping.html. Large packages will go Fed Ex ground service unless you specify otherwise.
Fed Ex requires a street address for delivery. They CANNOT / WILLNOT deliver to a post office box. If you provide only a post office box number, your order will be shipped via priority mail, regardless of the shipping.html method you specify.
Express expedited service will be USPS Express Mail or Fed EX overnight, your choice. Both say overnight, or one business day. However, it could take two days.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will only go Air Priority Mail service or Express Air service. Figure time in route to be 2 to 4 days.
Shipments to Canada will go Air Parcel Post or Express Air . Times enroute are approximately 4 to 7, 3 to 5 days and 2 to 3 days respectively. These times are usually to point of entry to the country. There may be additional time required from there to final destination. You are responsible for duty, taxes and brokerage fees and they will probably be collected by the carrier at time of delivery.
Shipments to all other countries can only go Global Express Mail.

Please note that shipping.html weights include packaging materials. So, the shipping.html weight of most items is approximately one pound more than the actual weight of the item.
Most of the items in our electronic catalog are shipped from our West Columbia, SC location. However, we do arrange for drop shipping.html when it's in your best interest. That's when we have distributors and manufacturers ship direct to you. By doing so we can keep the cost of the product low for you, be able to offer a wider range of product, and assure that you get the latest version the manufacturer has available.
We strive to ship the same day we receive your order from our West Columbia, SC location, and we do that 98% of the time. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee our suppliers will ship those orders we send to them for shipment to you the same day they receive them.
If an order will be delayed more than Two days, we'll notify you immediately. We do not charge your card until the day of shipment or the day of order placement in the case of drop shipping.html. If the drop-shipment will be delayed we will notify you and give you opportunity to cancel the order.
If your order has more than one item it's possible that the order may come to you in more than one package and from more than one source.
Credit card companies require us to get your credit card billing address as well as your shipping.html address. If your credit card billing address is a post office box be sure to give us a street address for shipping.html. Always include a street address with your order. Some shipments cannot be made to post office boxes.
You must include a daytime telephone number with your order. The telephone numbers are for us to contact you if necessary about your order and for our shippers to use if there is a delivery problem. Be assured that we do not sell our customers' telephone numbers.
